What is the difference between ordering a pallet versus a full truckload?
Pallets are ideal for testing new product categories or supplying smaller operations like bin stores and online shops. Truckloads (typically 24-26 pallets) offer the absolute lowest cost per unit, maximizing profit margins for larger discount stores, high-volume exporters, and established retail businesses.
 
How does shipping work for pallets and truckloads?
We offer fast, nationwide shipping. Pallets ship via LTL freight, while full truckloads require dedicated FTL freight. You can also pick up your order directly at our Lumberton, NC warehouse.
 
Are your loads manifested?
It depends on the load. Many of our premium truckloads and high-value pallets come with a detailed manifest. Other loads are sold unmanifested at a deeper discount.
 
Can I visit the warehouse before making a purchase?
Absolutely! We welcome walk-in customers at our Lumberton, NC facility on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need a business license to buy from you?
No license required. Anyone can purchase. North Carolina residents without a resale certificate will be charged 7% sales tax.
What is your return policy?
All merchandise is sold as-is. If a load significantly differs from its manifest, our team will work with you to find a fair solution.
 
How often do you get new inventory?

We process new truckloads weekly and update pallet inventory daily.
